Wheres my reimbursement ?

Maintenance had to work on the game for over a whole day so I didnt get my bonus and have to start over. They said they would gift us free stuff in our messages but that was a Lieeeeeee.

Now we have to be level 30 to make custom games, which I think is retarded because there was no level cap before.
