How come is that possible

First : i was buying all these Elite skins that u r giving now for free for 30 day login
Second : IJust Bought two 900 gems sales ( 15 + 15 ) and i got 1/4 the new hero am talking about 20 icons and i have most of the skins and they gave me 240 to 270 Essence ?????
Its Ok for me to pay for a skin or a hero but for buying 1800 gems and paying 30$ for nothing , i will just say this is the last time i pay money to buy anything in this game .
