Cant get my lottery or my daily reward.

This game was the best thing that ever happened to me. But starting from yesterday, I could not get my lottery or my daily reward. Also, this game lagged so brutally that a lot of people called me noob. I tried the customer care but it kept saying that I dont have Internet connection. I am able to log in but I cant do anything else besides that. Please fix this.
